Site Supervisor – Road, Excavation & Construction Projects
Responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising labor, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out as per the plan, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise road construction, excavation, and related civil works on-site.
Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers for work planning and execution.
Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and material usage records.
Ensure proper use of machinery and materials at the site.
Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Communicate issues or delays to higher management for timely resolution.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in road and excavation works.
Knowledge of basic construction methods, measurements, and safety practices.
Ability to manage labor teams and ensure timely completion of work.
Willing to travel and work at various project locations in Tamil Nadu.
